Do Not Text While Drinking Geritol

My friend just sent me an email with texting codes for those who are young at heart (read: older). Sharing:

ATD = At The Doctor

BTW = Bring The Wheelchair

BYOT = Bring Your Own Teeth

FWIW = Forgot Where I Was

LMDO = Laughing My Dentures Out

OMSG = Oh My! Sorry, Gas

ROFLACGU = Rolling On The Floor Laughing And Can’t Get Up

IMHAO = Is My Hearing Aid On?

GGPBL = Gotta Go, Pacemaker Battery Low

TTYL = Talk To You Louder

LATER.

  1. I shall write these down for use in the near future…. 🙂

  2. Now, Idiot, you know better than to do this … any list you write is immediately lost amid all your HOARDING materials. 🙂

  3. Must jot these down in case I forget them …

  4. I love these but I have already forgotten all of them.

  5. OMG…I hate texting!

    Hugs,
    Wendy

  6. Lol. These are funny!

  7. Hey hey … Cheers for these. Heck, Maybe I’ll celebrate for you with a glass of wine (but in a few hours).

    Something to ponder – when will texting give way to different technology?

  8. My father only texts in the “lingo” and short-texts, so I’ll have to pass this on to him and keep a copy for myself so that I know what he’s saying.
